These terms govern the use of our services and the relationship between you and KreativWorks. Please read them carefully.
These terms of use apply to all services provided by KreativWorks in the context of creative workshops and educational offerings. The subject is the execution of workshops to promote informal learning and expand creative skills. The exact content and dates are specified in the respective service description.
Participants undertake to attend the workshop dates punctually and to actively take part in the exercises. They are responsible for complying with the house rules and safety instructions. The use of brought materials is at your own risk. KreativWorks reserves the right to exclude participants from further participation in the event of gross misconduct.
KreativWorks undertakes to conduct the workshops professionally and according to the current state of methodology. The workshop leaders have relevant qualifications and experience. KreativWorks is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the provided materials or from failure to follow instructions. Participation is at your own risk.
The participation fee is due before the start of the workshop. If cancelled up to 14 days before the date, the full fee will be refunded. In the event of later cancellation or non-attendance, the right to a refund is forfeited. KreativWorks may cancel workshops due to insufficient participant numbers or force majeure; in this case, the fee will be fully refunded.
KreativWorks is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior of our employees. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless there is injury to life, body, or health. Liability for indirect damages and lost profits is excluded. Participants are themselves responsible for the safety of their own belongings.
KreativWorks reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time with effect for the future. Participants will be informed of significant changes by email. If a participant does not object within four weeks of receiving the change notification, the changed terms are deemed accepted. In the event of an objection, the contractual relationship ends on the next possible date.
